Good day Sir,

We have few clients in Bangladesh and they are interested in cement clinkers.
Assuming you are a reliable and experienced producer/supplier/seller
of Cement Clinker
(i)China National Standard (JC/T853-1999-42.5Grand and GB/T176-1996)/
(ii)British Standard (ASTM C-150, DIN EN 196)/
(iii)Indonesian Standard (SNI-15-2049-1994 & ASTM C-150-97),

we like to take this opportunity to express our keen interest in offering
our cooperation & services to sell your Clinker in the market of over 1
Million MT / Year. With this end in view, we wish to apprise you of the
following enquiries, to start with:
(1) Enquiry 0ne :
Quantity: 36, 000MT/ month
Destination Port: Mongla Port, Bangladesh
Discharge rate: 4000 MT/ WWD
Discharging way: By Ships Crane to the Conveyor to carry the Clinker to
the Storage/ Hopper

(2) Enquiry Two :
Quantity- 40000 MT/ Month
Destination Port- Chittagong, Bangladesh
Discharge Rate- 4000 MT/WWD
Discharging way: By Ships Crane to the Lighter to carry the Clinker to the
Storage/ Factory

In the event & your interest, please provide/ confirm the followings:

1. Sales Reference: To prove your capability you have to show your/
suppliers previous sales reference
2. Price: We can work only at CFR Chittagong / Mongla Price (our buyers
are not interested in FOB price)
3. Payment: 100 Percent irrevocable L/C at sight
4. Performance Bond: 2 Percent PB
5. Clinker Specification (Chemical Composition)

As soon as we receive the required information/ confirmation, we will
submit your proposal to the buyers and if they accept your offer as
workable you will receive LOI to precede other works for the conclusion
of the deals.

We need to know how much maximium commission you can help us to put into
the agreed price.
