采用先进的连熔法生产技术，结合有效的自动控制系统生产出的透明石英玻璃管，具有纯度高、透射性强、尺寸控制严格，羟基含量低等特点，是卤素灯、汞灯、金卤灯和其他石英灯的首选抗高温材料。本公司生产的主要尺寸为外径2-260mm, 壁厚0.5-8.0mm, 长度20-3000mm。排气管具有管径、壁厚高度一致性的特点，适合于快速流水线生产。另外还可以根据顾客要求对石英管进行整齐切割，烧口、弯曲、封口、磨砂等深加工。羟基含量可以根据顾客要求控制在小于20ppm\15ppm\10ppm\5ppm\2ppm.

Quartz Glass Tube (RE-418) -

Description:

This is clear Fused Quartz Glass Tube available as continuous machine drawn and automatic controlled tubing. This glass had the typical characteristics of high purity, good spectral transmission, well controlled dimension and lower OH and so on.

It serves as the first choice of heat resistant material for halogen lamps, mercury lamps, metal halide lamps and other quartz lamps. This glass can be supplied in the range of 3 - 300mm outside diameter, 0.5-10mm wall thickness and 10-3000mm length.

Exhaust tubes with good CPK are suitable for high-speed streamline production. And further processing of trim cutting, fire polishing, bending and pinching and etc. can be done according to the requirement of customers.

OH-content can be controlled within 20ppm15ppm10ppm5ppm2ppm according to the requirement of customers.
