BESTRYWOOD DECKING INSTALLATION GUIDE

Usage
BESTRYWOOD garden decking is qualified for private use and not for construction or professional purposes.
Don’t process BESTRYWOOD composite decking inside houses, in escape routes or in firebreaks.
Storage
BESTRYWOOD deck is generally denser than natural wood. On the job site, it must be stored on a flat surface and must be supported every 60cm on centre. Storing on uneven surface might cause the boards to twist. It should be covered from long term storage.
Tools
No special tools are required when working with BESTRYWOOD deck. But for the best result, we recommend:
Circular saw blades with fewer teeth (like18-24, on a 45cm blade) are recommended. They stay cooler and last longer.
We recommend using 4*30mm (Minimum) self-taping screws for use with our hidden fixing clips.
Corrosion resistant screws are recommended.
Screw gun is recommended to do the job with a number 2 Phillips head bit.
If using a power tool, we advise to adjust the tool in such a fashion that the screws can’t be fixed too tight.
