<br> 1 。预拉伸铝合金棒：使用
VTL-10 Model, copper clad aluminum complex machine are special equipment for producing copper clad aluminum wire which are developed and produced by our company on the base of new technology of Japan, Germany, America the equipment uses high quality copper belt as wrapping material, uses aluminum bar or aluminum alloy bar as the core material, continuous wraps and vertically welding for double metal complex.
Equipment composition:
1. aluminum bar winding machine one set
2. double work station copper belt unwinding machine one set
3. a water box for washing copper belt
4. barring machine (including high pressure fan for absorbing and collecting swarf )
5. arc welding wrapping machine(including a set wrapping die, a set of Panasonic welding machine and cooling water system )
6. winding machine one set
7. an electric control cabinet( including frequency speed control system)
8. welding seam inspecting system on line one set
Detail information of process
1. Pre-drawing the aluminum rod: use ï¿ 1200mm drawing machine draw ï¿ 9.5 Al. to round and ï¿ 8.6mm
2. clean: put ï¿ 8.6mm Al. rod into the density 2-6% NAOH to clean, then put into No.1 clean water (circular), then to No.2 clean water(not circular)
3. Al. pay off
4. 0.36-0.40*31.4mm copper off
5. copper clean and dry: put copper into 5-10%water tank, then filter water, then dry
6. brusher fro Al. copper with two dust collector bags
7. Argon protection, cladding and welding
8. rewinding
9. drawing: put the top of CCA to pointing machine, through 1-3 die, then draw on the ï¿ 1200,ï¿ 800 machine to draw wire.
