Product Description
The Bug Shield By Armadillo Inc. manufactures bug, rock & debris deflectors. These deflectors are designed specifically for each make and model vehicle for a perfect fit and style thus being “Custom Fit”. The concept of a bug, rock & debris deflector is to change the normal airflow in front of a vehicle to above the vehicles design. This carries the lightweight bugs above the viewing area of the driver while the durability of the product stops rocks & road debris from striking the vehicle. This reduces danger to the driver & occupants as well as saving many owners costly insurance claims for damages from debris. The Shields are manufactured using GE Lexan and offered in 3 colors (Smoke, Red & Clear) and Custom Fit to each vehicle model. GE Lexan is one of the strongest yet flexible polycarbonate materials on the market. This polycarbonate is cut to a patterned shape, then inserted into an aluminum extrusion and bonded with a 3M double-sided closed cell tape. The deflector is formed to proper shape, boxed and shipped to the customer. The customer then attaches the deflector to the vehicle with stainless steel brackets and hardware that we produced in house eliminating vendor reliability issues.

We do not require a minimum order and because our product is made to order there is no need to stock inventory and tie up your dollars.

We can take your order today, manufacture it and ship it direct to you or to your customer within 5 business days of receiving the order.

We will handle all shipping claims, again saving you time & man hours, we will handle all warranty claims as long as your customer registers the product with our staff upon receipt of it.

For your Retail locations we will send out a countertop miniature display of an actual shield with the color samples and simple to use parts list for your staff to order from.
