The machine can be used to cut diameter 4â, 6â or 8â monocrystalline silicon or polycrystalline silicon and grind external cylindrical of them.
The high anti-bending strength and well anti-vibrancy cast iron is used to entire machine body, X, Y, Z axis are all linear guides and ball screws. Because the special cutting square cutter sets are equipped for the different dimensions work piece, so changing the cutter become very convenient and quick when cutting the different dimensions work piece. All operations are controlled by PC system, the touch-sensitive screen of pc system cause control operations more simply
