2, 500, 000 metric tons Urea 46-0-0, Nitrogen content 46 % as N minimum at a price of USD 250.- per ton, delivered CIF ASWP.

Minimum order volume is 100, 000 MT at a price of USD 295.00 per MT.
Ship/Shipment sizes are vessels of (12, 500 not preferred anymore due to fuel prices); 25, 000; 50, 000 and perhaps 100, 000 DWT

Supplier is serious and in the commodity business since many years.
Product is according to international standards which can be provided if interest is serious.
Terms of payment (depending on total quantity):

Payment:
The payment will be made in the form of irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, divisible monthly auto-revolving month by month operative documentary letters of credit (DLC), which will be activated by seller's performance bond (P/B), international standard text, at 2% (two percent) of the face value of the documentary letter of credit.
The DLC documents shall be payable 100% (hundred percent) at sight, 5 days after date of bill of lading. All costs related to the issuance and confirmation of the instrument(s), DLC or P/B, are for the account of the applicant, and all advising bank's costs are for the account of the beneficiary.

Basis of delivery:
The date of the bill of lading shall be considered the date of lifting and delivery

Performance bond:
2% (two percent) of the DLC value

Procedure:
1. Buyer has to return a LOI (sample can be provided) together with a BCL.
2. Seller issues the contract for buyer's acceptance.
3. Buyer returns the contract duly signed and sealed to the seller.
4. Buyer's bank issues the non-operative financial instrument.
5. Seller's bank issues the performance bond to activate the buyer's financial instrument.
6. Shipments commence in strict compliance with the contract terms.
