Our Factory Produces composite aluminum foil sealing films, which include polythene, polypropylene, polyester, polyvinyl, heat-melt glue Glass Membrane mainly used for the sealing of bottles for food, medicine, and chemical products
The technology of electromagnetic induction sealing with composite materials is the advanced sealing method recognized by the world now, and its characteristic of non-contact heating is suitable for sealing of plastic bottle (PP, PET, ABS, HDPE, PS and DURacon), glass bottle and various composite plastic hose, so currently it is the most advanced technology for sealing of the bottles for such industries as pharmacy, food, grease, daily chemistry, domestic chemistry, and agricultural chemistry.
The main machine transports its superaudio current to the inducer, and the aluminum foil on the bottleneck, which is under the inducer, produces superaudio current owing to electromagnetic induction, and it reaches high temperature this way, the composite film on the aluminum foil will melt and bind with the bottle mouth, achieving the sealing effect of high-performance and high quality
