Packaging: Bulk via vegoil tankers of 25KMT or greater
PAYMENT TERMS: Transferable, irrevocable, confirmed unconditional bank guarantee (BG) or stand by letter of credit (SBLC), fully funded for an amount equal to one monthâs shipment, issued or confirmed by a prime bank, payable one hundred percent (100%) at Sellerâs bank. BG/SBLC to be used as security and as payment for the last monthâs shipment during the initial contract period. Balance of contract shall be paid by T/T against presentation of contract-compliant documents (CAD) and shall be payable one hundred percent (100%) at Sellerâs bank.
Performance Guarantee: A Performance Guarantee of 2% in the form of a SBLC in the amount of one monthâs shipment (PG) shall be issued by an acceptable bank under ICC 500 Rules.
