Specifications:
Inner tank: Pressurized food grade SUS304/2B stainless steel with optional 0.31mm, 0.35mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm thickness;
Outer tank: First choice: Aluminum zinc painted steel cover with button inside (silver, white) , strong and anticorrosion effectively welded by argon arc; Second choice: SUS304-2B stainless steel with optional 0.31mm, 0.35mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm thickness;
Capacity: 90/108/120/135/1144/162/180/216/270/288/306/324L;
Vacuum tube: 3.3 Pyrex glass, magnetron sputtering ammonia- aluminum dual absorption coating with a thickness of 1.6mm, diameter 47or 58mm and length 1500or 1800mm, resisting 28mm hail;
Tube quantity : 15, 18, 20, 24, 30, 32 and 36PCS;
Heat insulating layer: improved polyurethane integral foaming with thickness 50-65mm;

Non-pressurized solar water heater principle
The non-pressurized solar water heater thermo-siphon system, its storage tank and evacuated tubes are installed as one unit on building roof. The storage tank is connected with the solar water heater, and many all glass evacuated tubes are inclined insert into the tank. The heat gathered by the evacuated tubes heats the water inward the storage tanks. Hot water goes into the storage tanks cause hot water rise up high. And cold water will go down into the evacuated tube to be heated again. Run by natural circulation, the system can work without electricity. The circulation heats the water in the tanks continually. The hot water flow rate of this kind mainly depends on height difference between the water tank and the hot water shower head.
