The " JAA+RECRUIT " solution can be used by small to very large recruiters, recruiting agents and colleges. The program combines a web portal, ***** and client side program, RECRUITAtAnytime which works on a local repository. It has the facility of integrating the client's web site career page. This helps in advertising the client's web site career page and yet having the benefit of candidates' data come into the local repository for short-listing the best candidates and assessing them and tracking them.

Employers can use it for external recruitment as well as internal recruitment. RECRUIT works with a local repository of candidates, employees or students. Applicants' data is highly structured and enumerated to assist automated matching.

The data can be entered by the "applicants" themselves in response to advertisements through press or job portals.

email applications with attached resumes of applicants can be transformed through data centre personnel and then reconfirmed by the candidates for completeness and authenticity. SD can arrange to get the data entered through suitable outsourcing arrangements. Before entry by data centre, the data can be parsed by our programs to a certain extent.

Recruiting agents recommending candidates to large recruiters can also enter the data that comes into the local repository.

The web portal has an advanced high precision section for profiling, matching and ranking the filtered candidates - this is called JOBSAtAnytime+ and it can easily be claimed to be the most detailed high precision profiling and automated matching program deployed on Very Large Database anywhere. RECRUIT helps in short-listing as well as tracking candidates.
