The PSP foamed sheet production line adopts high-foaming sheet production technics with double-extruder connecting in series. Its product is a kind of new-type packing material with the features of good heat insulation and cushion characteristic and pearlescent appearance. And it also has following advantages:shockproofing, sound insulation, heat preservation, dampproof, safety, sanitation and good plasticity. It is used widely in the packing of food, fruit, electronic product, daily necessities, hardware product, advertisement plate, etc.
This kind of PSP foamed sheet can be used to forming the fast food box, to get this we should use the vacuum forming machine and the punching machine.
JG-ZXC series of vacuum forming machine designed by our company is an all-powerful thermal forming machine. It is mainly vacuum
forming as well as press forming and synthetical forming. It can be used for processing all kinds of plastic sheet and producing packing products, such as food element, toys and so on whose material is PVC/PET/HIPS/PP/PE/PSP.
Also we have the PSP sheet second foamed laminating production line,
this production line is a kind of deep processing equipment which bringing in foreign advanced technology and according to the foamingexperience, we designed this new kind PSP foamed sheet composite production line and expand the using area of the PSP foamed sheet. It is mainly used for PSP foamed
sheet second foamed forming and thickening. The sheet after being thickened
can improve foam rate, fexibility and low density, so that it is widely used in
field of architecture, heat preservation, sound insulation, etc.
