YCX (yongchangxing) plastic and hardware electronics co. ltd was established in 2000. Now she have developed into a leader in part design, mold making, injection part tooling, electron plating, auto painting and some other secondary operation like silk printing, pad printing, UV and the like.

YCX is holding about 450 people with TUV, ROHS, ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949 certification.
We can bring your innovation design to the market with our advance and completed facilities.

For example:
In our mould making department, we have advanced facilities and technology, like Swiss CHARMILLES Optical EDM, Japanese Sodick EDW, and German CMM, 40 AUTO eathing machines, 2 , 2 high speed CNC(1 Swiss Mikron High speed CNC), 2 nomal speed CNC, as well as latest CAE, CAD, CAM.

In injection molding room, we have 45 sets injection machine from 80 tons to 550 tons and 2 double injection machines, all fixed with robots.

Our products include electronic part, auto part, medical part, communication part, audio part, sport part and so on.
More than 80% mold and product are exported to overseas like US, UK, France, Germany, Japan, Canada and so on.
