Eimco-KCP Ltd, a process technology company, wa established in the year 1967 as a joint venture company between The KCP Ltd, Chennai, India and Eimco Corporation, USA0.

In 1984, Eimco-KCP paid a lumpsum amount for the EIMCO Technology and took possession of same updated until 1984 thus becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of The KCP Ltd. From 1.4.1996, Eimco-KCP has become a wholly owned subsidiary of KCP Sugar And Industris Corpn Ltd, Chennai and is in posession of EIMCO Technology.

The liquid solids separation equipment (Filters / Thickeners / clarifiers, Aerators, Classifiers, Mixers, Pulp Production eqpt / rotary distributor, aerobic digestion plants and MOL Plants) manufctured by Eimco-KCP cater to the needs of pulp & paper, sugar, heavy inorganic and organic chemicals, pharmaceuticals & fine chemicals, mineral processing, atomic energy etabllishments, petroleum refineries, coal washeries, treatment systems of industrial effluent and municipal sewage.

Eimco-KCP has its own ISO certified Workshop in Ambattur, Chennai, India

Eimco-KCP is in the year export market since 70's and has exported its equipment to USA, Trinidad & Tobago, Thailand, Nigeria, Kenya, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia
