Our company cares about the marketing and distribution on international markets of the coffee blends on behalf of the company CaffÃ�Â¨ Trombetta S.p.A.
The company CaffÃ�Â¨ Trombetta S.p.A. was founded in Rome more than 100 years ago. It is a family-owned company of average dimensions. It forms, together with the most important roasting companies of the area, the Consorzio del Sao CafÃ�Â¨, that promotes the sale of coffee with the Consortium brand, through a common commercial policy.
The company covers the southern Italian market, islands included, and is present with its own CaffÃ�Â¨ Trombetta and Sao CafÃ�Â¨ brands, in the most important chains of the retail and in the restaurants and coffee bars sectors. The company also cares about the Private Label locating its brands on the international markets of many countries: nowadays it is possible to taste a very good Trombetta espresso in the best bars from Munich to New York, Taiwan, Singapore, Bucharest, Moscow?just to name a few!
A particular attention is dedicated to the vending sector: the company created a wide range of pods and coffee beans blends especially suitable for the vending machines.
Although it has know-how that is handed down from generation to generation, the company is aware of the importance of continuously renewing itself and for this reason it has adapted the Quality System according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 regulations.
The System has involved all the processes, through a network of rationalization and control tools, in order to get a greater satisfaction of the final customer. This has led to an improvement of the company standards.
The factory can produce more than 6.000 tons per year and has the newest technologies.
The search for quality starts in the producing country through a careful selection of suppliers and a strict definition of the quality standards.
Goods are checked and analysed when they arrive at the Customs warehouses and afterwards when they are brought to the factory, where some tasting checks are carried out both during the production process and on the final product.
The production process is completely computerised. The various blends are roasted and packed through different methods in order to increase the value of the characteristics of each item.
A system of tracking of the product has been created, with respect of the present laws and of the consumer?s safety.
A particular informative system for the ?management of lots? has been created and integrated with the production line and the ERP of the company. This allows a unique identification of the products, of the lots and of the shipments, producing a more careful organization of the stocks and of the logistic process, with an improvement of the service to customers, also with regards to the shelf life of the products.
