Our company has been in operation since August of 1999, producing bug, rock & debris deflectors (Prior to 1999 the Company was the Custom Fit Bug Shield Division of Wayne County, Iowa based Deflecta-Shield) this gives the product line a market presence of 45 years in 2008). Our product is available for vehicles ranging from brand new 2008 models to 45 year old classics as well as custom order applications. The product line currently represents 685 patterns fitting about 43 percent of the vehicles produced from 1965 until 2006.
Our immediate efforts will be to add patterns for year models of 2006 Ã¢ï¿½ï¿½ Present not available now.
We currently have 335 authorized dealers in the USA & are looking to expand this core base for sales.
The Bug Shield By Armadillo Inc. wholesales to jobbers (Auto Parts Retailers) throughout the USA & Retails direct to the public markets by means of our online store.
We are interested in regaining a presence in Online Catalog Sales with companies based on the internet & Brick & Motar Retialers. The product has been previously offered in xxxxx Whitney print catalogs. We are interested in being the manufacturer and letting those who sell do the selling to the consumer, both retail & wholesale. We are equipped to handle drop shipping direct to the end user whether it is a single unit or multiple units to a jobber / WD.
Our products consumer is primarily male between the ages of 25 and 65 years of age, with the majority of sales being in the Truck, SUV, Commercial Vehicle & RV marketplace.
