~ Precision springs for diameter from diameter 0.10mm to 6.0mm for the function of COMPRESSION, TORSION, TENSION/EXTE-NSION, WIRE-FORMS.
~ SHAFTS for toys, motors, and electrical appliance
~ Metal Stampings
All our products are tailor made for different quality requirements, and could be diversified as follows:
~ Toys Industry - battery springs, mechanic springs, shutter springs, switch springs, antenna springs, etc.
~ Electronic Industry - computer accessories( keyboard, mouse, button etc), switches, Monitor buttons, remote control battery springs, guide pins etc. ~ Electrical appliance - Washing machines, Air dryer, Air filter, shavers, etc.
~Automobiles Industry - brake system for motor bikes, clutch springs, suspension springs etc.

RAW MATERIALS

All products are based on JIS, DIN and ASTM requirements. Springs wire all imported from JAPAN, EUROPE, KOREA and classified as follows:- STAINLESS STEEL SPRING WIRE with bright, Ni-coated, resin-coated finishing HIGH CARBON STEEL SPRING WIRE with Ni-coated, un-coated , or Zinc coated HIGH CARBON STEEL SPR-ING WIRE for Piano wire grade PHOSPHOR BRONZE WIRE BRASS WIRE TITANIUM WIRE.
All imported wires are in-housed with Mill Inspection Certificate
