LOil Inc is a mandate buyer for several international governments and well funded hedge-funds. We are able to purchase any type of product in any quantity. As a mandate, our primary objective is to jealously protect our client. With that objective in mind, we pre-screen each supplier with the following protocol.

As a supplier, you should be willing to provide proof of product and capacity. As a mandate, we can provide proof of funds and ability to close on any deal where both sides can work in a collaborative manner. Here is our non-negotiable protocol:

1. Buyer provides ICPO with banking info and soft probe authorization (can issue BCL depending on the nature of the product)
2. Seller provides FCO along with bank to bank POP/POF authorization
3. Buyer signs FCO
4. Seller provides Draft Contract
5. Buyer makes any required changes to DC and sends it back to seller
6. Seller issues Final Contract and issues performance bond in favor of buyer
7. Buyer issues operative banking instruments in favor of seller and signs Final Contract
8. Shipment commences

We will work with non-mandate brokers, provided you are willing to sign an NCND and then let us deal directly with your source. This allows us to expedite the process and save valuable energies while ensuring our deal closes quickly and prevents price fluctuations.
