Hightech Mould Industrial Ltd., has been designing and building plastic injection molds and plastic molding since 1994 with 300 employees in tooling shop and 800 people in molding shop. The tooling shop has 71 precise and modern machines, such as CNC High speed machining, EDM machines and EDM wire cut machines. And the molding shop utilize 140 machines, the molding capacity including gas assistance and double injection molding, we have both vertical and horizontal injection machines, press from 25 T to 850 Tonnes. Using up to date design system/programs, Hightech Mould is able to export 3D 2D design data in .STP .iges .dwg .X_T etc. With precise machines and experienced engineers and moldmakers, Hightech is able to build 60-80 sets molds each month.
