UNI TUBE LTD was a joint-venture enterprise, established in September, 2008, located in hekou economic development zone, dongying city, Shandong province, China. It has an area of 104280 square meters with 13 million total invest amount and 8 millionUS Dollars registered capital. The traffic here is quite convenient, 10 km nearby the factory is rongwu high speed way, which is connected into Qingdao, Jinan.
UNI TUBE LTD is a modern factory for tubing making which is specialized to produce the seamless steel tube of API, ASTM, DIN series featured with high accuracy and brightness.
With the advanced tubing and casing thermal treatment production lines, pipe end thickening unit and complete detection devices, we can produce N80, L80, P110 and Q125 high grade steel tubing/casing of OD 2-3/8'' to 36'' and G105 and S135 drill pipe of 2 3/8'' to 6 5/8''. Meanwhile, we have established five threading production lines and one varnishing line in tubing and casing processing workshops to process tubing, casing, coupling and sieve tube with the size of OD 2-3/8'' to 36'' and grade of J55, K55, N80, L80, P110 and Q125. Special tubes for viscous crude oil production, gas-tight screw and anti-H2S use and small casing for lateral well use can also be processed. And, our company got the DL series special connection patent for tubing, casing and drill pipe. DL series products are mainly used in high-pressure gas well with higher reliability. Currently, the company owns the modern production lines configured with combined equipments from China and Abroad, and has a complete set of inspection and testing equipments. The annual Capacity is up to 15000 ton.
