1) BANKING Buyer issues ICPO with BCL + SOFT PROBE +-ICC WARNING
2) Buyer accepts NCND + IMFPA
3) Seller issues FCO or Draft Contract open for admendments
4) Buyer and Seller sign and seal the Contract
5) Buyer's Seller's POF against POP (Bank to Bank)
6) Buyer's Bank issues SBLC or BG or L / C as per agreement
7) Seller's Bank issues operative% PB to Buyer's Bank
8) DELIVERY
