Hai Yan Everbright Co., Ltd. has integrated manufacturing equipment and completed test methods. For production, we have oneÏ140 hot rolled production line, oneÏ180 hot rolled production line, 15 sets of hot piercing machines and over 60 cold-drawn production lines. For testing, we have twenty-five sets of NDT equipments including ECT and UT machines, together with hydraulic test machine, WE-600 omnipotent experimental machine, WE-1000A hydraulic omnipotent experimental machine and full set of microscopic analysis equipment and other physical and chemical instruments(such as ARL3460 Spectrograph) as well.

The specification of seamless steel tube ranges from OD:Φ10ï½Î¦630 mm with wall thickness: S1~45mm; hot finished seamless steel tube diameters range from Φ108~Φ219mm with wall thickness: S5~32mm. Range of products: seamless steel tubes for construction; fluid conveyance; high/medium/low pressure boilers; petroleum cracking; high-pressure fertilizer equipment and dew point anti-erosion steel tubes; high carbon and chrome bearing steel tubes; cold-drawn or cold-rolled precision steel tubes; seamless steel tubes in special shapes; API series oil well pipes, ASME/DIN/JIS series seamless tubes; seamless steel tubes for supporting engineering machinery; cold-drawn seamless steel tubes of internal threads; seamless steel tubes for ship building; seamless steel tubes for diamond core drilling and various alloy steel tubes.
