Xuyi Botu Attapulgite Clay Hi-tech Development Co., Ltd. is an enterprise of high and new technology with the integration of scientific researches, development, medium test and production and it is located within the boundary of Xuyi County, which is a major mineral belt of attapulgite clay in our country. The investment amounts to 10 million yuan RMB.
The enterprise is specifically engaged in the development of molecular sieves, mineral desiccant and now has formed the capacity of scale production of desiccant for insulation glass, desiccant for containers, desiccant for packing and 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X molecular sieves purposes
with the annual production capacity of 10, 000 tons.

In July 2002, with the approval given by the Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province and with the fund of 2 million yuan RMB provided by the Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province, Xuyi Botu Company served as a uint of support and established Jiangsu Province Attapulgite Clay Engineering and Technical Research Center together with Nanjing University and Jiangsu Provincial Research Academy of Geologic Survey. The total investment amounts to 12 million yuan RMB. The center has a senior technical staff of 19 people, including visiting scholars, professors, doctors, masters and so on. The center has built the medium test workshop, laboratories and building the scientific researches. It is unique medium test base geared to the scientific researches of attapulgite clay.

The company has passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 Quality and Environmental Systems certification. The products of various types produced by the company at present are all developed by Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Technology and Attapulgite Engineering Center and supervised by Attapulgite Engineering Center. Botu Brand desiccant for insulation glass, which is rated as the Product of High and New Technology of Jiangsu province is also a first type product with the greatest competitive power for the company at present. Nanjing Zhenbo Industrial & Trading CO., Ltd. serves as a specialized sales company for Botu series desiccant. The company has set up sales offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Guangzhou, and some other places. The products have been expoted to Korea, Singapore, Canada and some other countries, receiving warm response from numerous users both in China and the world.
