Xinxing Mingji Aquatic Product Co.,Ltd. was founded in Mar.15,2006,locates in Huanggang Development Area,Xincheng Town, Xinxing County, which is near Zhujiang Delta, only 140 km far from Guangzhou. Connected by Guangzhou-Wuzhou Thruway and San Mao Railway makes the transportation is convenient. The aquatic resource is available in abundance relying on the prosperous aquiculture here.
Mingji Company covers 11000 m² ,workshop area is 2000 m².The facilities are built as per demand of « Sanitation Demand Of Export Food Processing Enterprise»« Sanitation Prescript of Export Seafood Processing Enterprise».In workshop, there is windtight central air-condition for temperature control, advanced O3 generator for air sanitation. Production area is segregated from living area. The company is a modern enterprise which accords with the demand of exporting food processing.
We attach importance to sanitation safety quality management, have purchased advanced producing and inspecting facilities. The main facilities are:2 producing lines with 3000 tons annual turnout;2 fast-freeing rooms with 6 tons capability;1 cold store with 200 tons storage capability. Meanwhile, we have set up Quality Control Department with its subordinate laboratory. They are managed by professionals who are familiar with SSOP,GMP and HACCP, in order to ensure the effective performance of food safety management system.
Our main products are: Frozen Tilapia, Frozen Tilapia Fillets, Frozen Channel Catfish Fillets etc.They are exported to America,Europe,Japan,Korea,Taiwan and Hongkong etc. The products are in compliance with sanitation demand of exporting food, American 21CFR123 part 110 Statute and European 91/492EEC、91/493EEC Directive. We keep �Human basic, Technology first� as developing strategy, �High-quality products, Topping enterprise� as developing aim. We will commit ourselves to new product development and marketing deploitation, provide to high-quality products and satisfied service to all clients.
