Our cone crusher is one of the main types of primary crushers in a mine or ore processing plant. Our cone crushers are designated in size either by the gape and mantle diameter or by the size of the receiving opening. Our cone crushers can be used for primary or secondary crushing.

Our PY series Cone Crusher has been developed to crushe high or medium hardness material , such as iron ore , copper ore, limestone, quartz, granite, and sand stones, ect., in metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical, silicate Industries.

The features of our cone crusher is below:
1. Our PY series cone crusher is of high reduction ratio.
2. Our cone crusher is high performance, low power consumption.
3. Our cone crusher is uniform size products.
4. Our cone crusher has also been used in the secondary and tertiary crushing.

The working principle of our cone crusher is below:
The crushing action is caused by the closing of the gap between the mantle line (movable) mounted on the central vertical spindle and the concave liners (fixed) mounted on the main frame of the crusher. The gap is opened and closed by an eccentric on the bottom of the spindle that causes the central vertical spindle to gyrate. The vertical spindle is free to rotate around its own axis.
