TERMS OF PAYMENT:
We will ONLY accept payment by any one of the following methods :

1) By extended one year interest free term, provided one of the two
following security arrangements are complied with. Term (maturity date) of
SBLC or BG is to be for one year and forty-five days from date of issue.
Delivery of product/commodity begins as per buy/sell contract 30-45 days
and continues as per agreed schedule in the buy/sell contract.
a. By irrevocable, unconditional, unencumbered, Standby Letter of Credit
(SBLC) in favor of the Seller, issued or confirmed by a top 100 world bank,
or alternative bank approved by Seller, for full contract value, due one year
and forty five days from the date of issue. SBLC to be in conformity with
the verbiage per attached Addendum 'B'.
2) Bank Guarantee or SBLC for preferably three months supply of Product.
Said payment instrument is to be used by us for the last three months of
supply of the first (12) twelve months buy/sell contract and/or as security
for default or buyer or buyer's bank, buy/sell contract and payment by
DRLC or SWIFT wire transfer per shipment against relevant shipping
documents.
If and as when necessary the following provision may be added in the FCO
and the Buy/Sell contract :
3) Seller agrees to pay by way of SWIFT wire transfer 100% of the face
value of the Bank Instrument, as received, verified and accepted, plus 5%
penalty, totaling 105%, as full settlement within 60-65 days from the receipt,
verification and acceptance of the Bank Instrument by our Bankers and
Ourselves, in the event of non delivery for any reason whatsoever including force majeure.
