Our main products, copper-cald aluminum (CCA) has been proved by China wire and cable authority and by international cable manufacturers and clients. The wire, as a substitute for copper wire, is widely used in the fields of CATV coaxial cable, radiating cable, power cable, automotive cable, magnet and special enameled wire, etc., and getting excellent performance in high-tech fields such as telecommunication, military production, aerospace industry, computer and electronics.
The CCA wire is to using the copper strip to circle cover on the surface of the aluminum rod, and to let he CU-AL firm join together, and this new double metal wire is the best substitute of the copper wire, with the advantages of the copper, good electric features, high hardness, together with the advantages of the aluminum, low density, easy processing, the aluminum is cheaper, so the CCA wire has the most advantages of both copper and aluminum.
Normally, due to the single transfer frequency is higher, and most of the single are transfer along with the surface of the wire, especially when the frequency reach 5mc, the CCA wire can be 100%same as the copper wire, so presently, in CATV single transferring wire, and in the big volume communication single transferring cable, the CCA wire are greatly used there years.
Comparing with copper wire, CCA wire has best advantage features: low weight, easy transportation, softness, and saving copper material, low production cost.
