Quotas:

Volumes: 1. Up to 1, 000, 000 tons per month per year
2. 1, 000, 000 tons per month per year
3. Any Quantity
Shipping port: Santa Marta o Puerto Bolivar
Drawing capacity: Santa Marta: 75, 000 tons
Drawing Capacity: Puerto Bolivar: 185, 000 tons

*******Reference price for all quotas: NYMEX â DISCOUNT + US$ 2******
Negotiation Basic Procedure


When Final Burner meets with mine representative to close deal, he will get a Discount off the NY Exchange price,

Commission Fees:
Final Burner must pay US$ 2 per ton for obtaining the quota (Quota Reserve Fee-Commission), US$ 1 for the Mandate Buyer Group and US$ 1 for Mandate Selling Group(Commission may be increased upon parties request and must be payable by buyer exclusively)

Preliminary Procedure:
⢠LOI + the final burnerâs certificate
⢠Once LOI, BCL and the Final Burner Certificate are received, an official offer will be sent to Final Burner.

Special Procedure

⢠End burner fills out, signs and seals our authorization letter format and sends the Final Burner Certificate
⢠Once we get the foregoing from End burner, we will issue an Official Offer from

*****AFTER RECEIVING OFFICIAL OFFER, PARTIES SHALL MEET IN PERSONAL****

Quota Reserve Fee Payment: (Commission Fee).

Also, an IMPFA must be signed by the Buyer wherein he commits to pay the Quota Reserve Fee based on the agreed distribution.
It is important that final burner or coal user has not had commercial relations or has sent any LOI to seller within the last three years.
