RK-03 Methanol Synthesis Catalyst
Basis Physics Properties of the Catalyst
1. Chemistry Composition
The elements of Catalyst consist of Cu, Zn, Al, O and assistants and so on.
2. Physics Properties
Appearance: black cylinder which has metal luster;
Size: Ñ5x(4~5) mm, other size tablets are also available based on customersâ requirement;
Accumulation density: 1.5~1.6 Kg/L;
Superficial area: 80~120 m2/g.
ï¬ Applying Condition of the Catalyst
1. Applying temperature: 210~350
2. The best temperature range: 220~280
3. Applying pressure: 3.0MPa~15.0MPa
4. Applying airspeed: 6000~20000h-1
5. Suitable air component: CO: 2~5%; CO2: 1~4%; H2: 55~70%
Quality Test of the Catalysr
Test condition of catalyst activity in the laboratory as follows:
The space-time productivity of methanolâ¥1.0 g/ml.h (or the conversion of COâ¥81%) when we test the sample activity in the above-mentioned condition. Then put the sample in the 350 thermostst for 2 hours, the space-time productivity of methanol â¥0.8g/ml.h (or the conversion of COâ¥60%).
The radial anti-crush ability of catalyst â¥185 N/CM, below 90 N/CM granule â¥7.5%.

Total chlorine (ppm) <0.1
Oxygen content (%) <0.2
ï¬ The Characteristics of RK-03 Catalyst

RK-07 Dimethylether Synthesis Catalyst
RK-07 is used for the production on Dimethylether from dehydration of Methanol, It has high activity, high selectivity and long life.
