Technical parameter of Pay-off and take-up machine

Performance: 760RSL / 900RSL / 1150RSL / 1400RSL
Range of wire diameter(mm): 0.8~1.65 / 1.2~4.5 / 2.6~8.0 / 3.0ï½10

Maximum wire capacity of spooler: 800Kg / 1300kg / 2500kg / 5000Kg

Way of pay-off: Horizontal type or standing type, passive, damping-adjustable, rotating pay-off without torsion

Way of traction: Centralized traction or single traction(AC frequency conversion dragging)

Way of take-up: Single horizontal or standing spooler take-up, dragging by moment motor or frequency conversion motor

Way of configuration: centralized configuration with much lines(maximum 40lines), each wire can be dragged seperately and have separate operation platform for take-up control also the digital show.

Machine feature: Large coils can turnover contunously, high efficiency, energy saving, low labor intensity and so on;used for steel wire plating(copper coating, zinc coating)and heat treatment line.
