This product is heatproof polythene which is uncross linked and used to hot water pipe. It is a special molecular design and complex new polythene products, co-developing by USA DOW CHEMICAL and Korea LG. The material of PE-RT and PP-R is authenticated by International Authentication System BODYCOTE, and achieves wide recognition of the market. This material is copolymerization products of ehene and pungent, on mp;ecule structure, the main chain is make oflinearity polythene, branch chain is short pungent. On polymeric reaction, , control the distribution and numbers of branch chain of the main chain to make it has the ability of heatproof and durable hydraulic pressure.
Carried Standard: CJ/T175-2002
Product Character:
1. Good quality heat stability and long-time pressuriation ability.
2. Low temperature resistance pressing ability.
3. Sanitation innocuity.
4. Favorable flexible.
5. Environment Protection
6. Machining capablity stability


PP-R Main Parameters and Design Illumination
1. Working pressure of PP-R pipe equal or less than 1Mpa, blasting pressure 6Mpa.
2. Space between hot pipe should not bigger than 300mm.
3. Flow speed of things inside the hot pipe should not less than 0.25mm/s.
4. The temperature of hot water equal or less than 65ºC, the max water temperature is 80ºC.
5. Length of heating coil pipe should be less than 120m.
6. The thickness of the floor heating, public building is equal or more than 90mm, and residence equal or more than 70mm, this do not include the thickness of floor layer and adjust-plane.
7. Keeping warm material. Say polystyrene foam plastic, the thickness should not less than 20kg/m³, thickness is 20-30mm
8. Once the enduring load is more than 20KN of the floor, tere should be some measure of the fill layer.
9. The area of radiation heating floor should more than 30m³, fill layer should have flex slot, put in flexibility bluge material in the flex slot.
10. There should be pisolite beton on the fill layer.
