The PE ,PVC Single wall corrugated pipe production extrusion line shall be used to produce small diameter single wall corrugation pipe in PVC,PP and PE raw material.

Molding corrugation pipe with smooth inside and outside surface,and even ripple at one time by corresponding die;

Used as wire and cable passing pipe ,washing machine drain pipe,dust collector pipe and ventiduct;

Small size corrugation pipe of 4-6.7 are used in car.

Specifications
The PE ,PVC Single wall corrugated pipe production extrusion line tube molding machine can mold and extrusion plastic bellows product with smooth outside and inside,even bellows shape and bright & clean outlooks through relative dies.It is attached counting device,so it has the characters of stable running,convenient debugging and easy operation.
Bellows tube machine set meticulously studied and developed by our company is used for 4mm and 6mm of diameters wire beams of automobiles.The market future of this set is good, since that the machine set becomes the ideal equipment for the plastic tube manufactures and the initiative domestic import substitutes.
