We Manufacture wind turbines 1.3 kW and 3.0 kW Direct drive, no gearbox. Each turbine has a unit weight of *4 kg. Our Stators can be ordered with either *2, *4, or *8 volt coils at no extra cost. The power output connector and turbine brake are accessible at the base of the tower. Blades are super quiet. We have a unit installed at our shop and even in very high winds all we hear is a whisper. The RPM of the turbine is mechanically controlled by hinging of the tail. This means that when the wind reaches ****3 meters per second the tail will stay pointing into the wind and the turbine unit will furl away, slow down and again swing back facing the wind. We fabricate the complete unit right here in our machine shop: from the stator coils, rotors, steel frame and mast except the blades. This means we can test every unit. We do a dynamic run-up of every turbine on our CNC lathe to specific revolutions and record the volt and amp values. This certificate and the turbine serial number is attached to the turbine. The conversion of wind-energy to electricity is quiet, safe, low maintenance and pollution-free.
