Since more than 14 years it is our aim to provide our customers with a complete range of molecular biology and cell biology products and custom services for their daily work in the most effective way and the highest quality possible. While our focus on PCR/RealTime PCR and DNA/RNA purification with special kits and columns we have been able to develop and offer unique polymerases like the HiDi DNA polymerase for high allele specific discrimination of primers or the HotScriptase RT a polymerase that is able to transcripe and amplify RNA just by runing a "normal" PCR protocol without any isothermal step. Older developments are our ReproFast, ReproHot and ExactRun DNA-Polymerases. All of them are special and improved high fidelity proof-reading polymerases for long targets.

Additionally we developed PCR master mixes with red (RedMasterMix) or blue dye (BlueSkye realtime PCR master mix) that enables visualisation of pipetting steps while pipetting especially into PCR-plates. Our newest development in the area of RealTime PCR are Green- and Probe master mixes, which are especially designed and optimized for Roche (LightCycler® 480), Qiagen (Rotor-Gene®), LifeTechnologies (StepOnePlus®) and Applied Biosystems (Mx3005P®) instruments.
