Full close-loop production cycle for castings with automated flaskless molding allows manufacturing up to ***0 tons of high-quality cast parts a year with only **0 employees engaged in production.  

Thanks to advanced technological level of the plant, augmented by horizontal flaskless molding line (green-sand molding) and vacuum molding process (V-process), as well as its own production of molding cores with Resol-CO*-process and shell process, LLC DPL deserves the status of the leading innovative manufacturing facility for casting in the Eastern-European region.

Casting capabilities are further supplemented by powerful CNC machining resources with vertical and horizontal milling machines.
