Xiamen Genghua Buliding Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1971, originally affiliated to the Ministry of Ordnance Industry, and was moved in 1984, from Qingliu County , Sanming City to Tongan District, Xiamen City for the civilian production; It is formally named Government-owned Yinhua Machinery Factory. In 1989, movement of the whole factory was finished, and on April 9th, Xiamen Yinhua Machinery Factory was named. In 1998, the fatory belonged to XGMA Group, in May 2006, its assets were placed under CCRE Group Co., Ltd., and it became a member of CCRE Group. In 2008, it is named Xiamen Yinhua Machinery Co., Ltd.
