1.EPROM based *-bit MCU tailored for I/O based applications like
remote controllers, fan/light
controller, game controllers, toy and various controllers.
2.Adopts advanced CMOS technology to providecustomers solution with
low cost and high performance benefits. RISC architecture is
applied and it provides *5 instructions,6 I/O pins for
applications, 2 sets of timers.
3.Provides 1 set of *-bit resolution Pulse Width Modulation (PWM)
output and buzzer output in order to drive motor/LED and
buzzer.
4. Employs dual-clock oscillation mechanism and kinds of operation
mode like Normal mode, Slow mode, Standby mode and Halt mode
5. Build in Crystal Load Capacitance (only for ****8Hz) and user
can choose four options of C L (Disable,7pF, 9pF and *2.5pF)
