features
1.The thickness of the glue can be adjusted from 0.1mm to 1.2mm( according to the glues density )
2.If it has an upper wheel, it is extensible, automatically adjust to the uneven thickness of the product(equipped with spring).
3.Machine with an upper wheel is half hot and half cold(the upper, cold, vise versa)
4.The temperature of glue groove and roller is separately controlled.

9.The glue tank is made of aluminum , which has a good thermal conductivity so as to save the energy. It has a slope, the glue will flow down thoroughly. The glue tank wont leak any glue because the machine is processed with CNC, it is sealed around the framework oil seal that is by the side of wheels. Some essential part has professional anti-sticking processing to stop the glue from carbonization
