Electromagnetic induction heater product description

    Electromagnetic heating, called induction heating, It is a non-contact heating method.

    The working principle of electromagnetic heating is to convert electric energy into electromagnetic energy through circuit control, and then convert electromagnetic waves from iron materials into heat energy to achieve heating purposes.

    The traditional heating method is to use the open flame conduction heating, and the electromagnetic heating has no open flame, which is the heating of the heating body itself, reducing the unnecessary energy loss in the conduction process. Compared with the traditional heating method, it has the advantages of being easy to use, clean, hygienic, efficient, safe and intelligent.

    A typical electromagnetic heating system consists of: induction heating power supply, induction heating coil, cooling source (air or water cooling, used to cool coils and power components).

    Induction heating power supply, that is, electromagnetic heating controller, converts 220V, 50/60Hz alternating current into direct current, and then converts direct current into high frequency and high voltage current with frequency of 10~40KHz, or converts three-phase alternating current of 380V 50/60Hz into Direct current, now converts direct current into high frequency and high voltage current of 10-30KHz.

    The high-frequency high-voltage current output from the induction heating power source flows through the induction heating coil to generate a high-speed alternating magnetic field. When the iron-containing container is placed on the surface, the surface of the container has a cutting magnetic line surface to generate a vortex on the surface of the container, thereby heating the container.

Principle of electromagnetic heating
Most metals are induced by high frequency magnetic fields then self-heating

Using this principle, a high frequency current is passed through the coil. The coil is caused to generate a high frequency magnetic field so that the metal rod in the coil is induced to generate heat.

The electrical energy can all be converted into metal thermal energy by the above process. Throughout the process, the metal rod does not have any physical contact with the coil, and energy conversion is accomplished by magnetic field eddy currents and metal induction.
