○OVERVIEW

Glycerol Monocaprylate/Monocaprateis known as the non-ionic-co-emulsifier, which is mainly used for water-in-oil-emulation (W/O). Monoglycerylesters made by Glycerin and Caprylicacid/Capricacid mixture are non-toxic and have function as preservatives for food, indicating strong antibacterial fuction against harmful microorganisms.
