as well as a world leader in its production technology. Our
advanced proprietary technology provides greater efficiencies in
production, thus creating higher yields at a lower cost than
traditional biodiesel production. As the company continues
to bring new facilities online, we will be able to take advantage
of economies of scale in raw materials as
well.
The
Plant is **0% privately owned and takes great pride in being an
environmental steward. We purchase and collect
multi-feedstocks such as virgin and used cooking oil, plant oils
and fats. We then refine them and produce biodiesel fuel of
the highest quality - meeting or exceeding ASTM and EN
standards.
Our
state-of-the-art technology and production enable us to do in
seconds what conventional biodiesel plants take hours to do.
This ability, using one half of the energy traditional
batching plants use, creates greater yields of higher quality
biodiesel fuel. The Plants technology is also much safer
because it doesn't use the high temperatures and pressure
necessary at many plants.
The
Plant is utilizing a process to produce biodiesel that is truly
use continuous-flow, ultrasonic and shear-mixing technologies.
This technology, which is patent-pending, allows us to
create biodiesel from multi-feedstocks and is completed by using
centrifuges and ion-exchange polishing instead of conventional
water washing - which wastes water.

Invoice and payment for 2 weeks of shipments
at a time. Monitor the schedule before a new Invoice is
sent to Purchaser. This is to make sure the schedules are
done on time.
Shipment will be the responsibility of the
Purchaser, and scheduling through their shipping Agent in
Miami.
Once the Purchasers shipping company picks-up
a loaded Flexitank, ownership immediately transferred to the
Purchaser. Therefore, Purchaser owns the biodiesel from the
Plant to the Port and to the Destination.
Purchaser can monitor the shipment via an
INTERNET Web Site, noting the location of the Flexitanks, even on
water.
