Uses are pastries, cakes of all types, donuts, cookies, and other applications where a high quality cake flour is required.

It is a Premier quality bleached short patent high-ratio cake flour which carries maximum quantities of sugar and liquids.  Provides excellent volume, crumb color, and freshness. 

Ingredients are:  Bleached wheat flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid.)
