(decomposition), odorless or slightly special smell. Can be made
into a water or trihydrate, for monoclinic plate crystal, soluble
in water (about 3mL 1g dissolved in water, slightly soluble in
ethanol, Yu Jiachun). *0% aqueous solution of pH is equal to
7.4.
Preparation method: prepared by reaction of propionic acid with
calcium carbonate or calcium hydroxide.
