*1 oz Silicone Coated Fiberglass Cloth offers good resistance to extreme temperatures, being able to operate normally from ***0C to ****0C. It also has excellent weatherproof, water repellent, good chemical resistance to acids and lye, good mechanical properties for make-up.

A midweight (*1oz/yd2; ***0g/m2) high temperature resistant fabric, constructed from a glass fiber base fabric, impregnated both sides with a specially compounded silicone rubber coating designed to shed heavy weld spatter and resist heat and occasional flame.

*1 oz Silicone Coated Fiberglass Cloth is completely impervious to water, moisture, hydraulic oils. It is used primarily for fabrication of premium grade valve insulation covers, hanging flame-protection blankets in outdoor and offshore use, and protective molten splash applications
