1. COMMODITY: Cobalt Hydroxide
1.1. The Product shall be of uniform quality and shall be substantially free of
extraneous material affecting cobalt quality including but not limited to mining
debris, bone, slate, scrapped iron, steel, petroleum coke, earth, rock, pyrite, wood
or blasting wire, and shall be fully suited for bulk sea transport.
1.2. Quality specification: Cobalt Hydroxide Average: *0,*1% Moisture <3%
1.3. Buyer may reject Product that falls outside the specification limits set out in above.
 
2. TOTAL CONTRACT QUANTITY
2.1. Commencing with **1Mt the first delivery.
 
3. PRICE
LME Price x Co% x *5% x (*-Moisture%)
3.1. The price per metric ton per specified quality product below will be in accordance
with INCOTERMS ***0 and/or any amendments or replacement thereof.
3.2. Cobalt Hydroxide, linked to London Metal Exchange, LME Cobalt on day of receipt of Inspection certificate.
 
4. DELIVERY
4.1. General: 
4.1.1. The deal will be managed by Yashar trade upon Yashar Trade policy: 
buyer will transfer money to top law firm escrow account. 
product will be delivered to the buyer site after test by SGS at buyer facility money will be release to seller. 
  
5. TAXES & OBLIGATIONS
5.1. All royalties, taxes, duties and levies if any, charged relating to the production
and sale of the product up to the load point are for the Sellers account. The
Buyer shall be responsible for all the royalties, taxes, duties and levies charged
thereafter.
