 Blades :
We use mirror face stainless steel blades 

All the blades have gone through the Balance test,which will make sure the stable and smoothy work for the fan.

Blades are of suitable angle, which can make the biggest airflow as well as the smallest noise 

Hot galvanized sheets.: 

The thickness is 0.8mm and 1.5mm. it increases the intensity ,life length and weight of whole machine. 

 Centrifugal system : 

 It is made of *0% superior quality nylon and *0% fiberglas. 

All the assembling rivets are cuprum. 

Column-oriented is made of **4 stainless steel .

The weight of the centrifugal system is up to about ***5g.

The weight of two centrifugal hammers is between **9g to **1g

 It can ensure the shutter opens with the angle of *0 degree when the while machine runs on the rails.

 Motor :
Chinese motor, Siemens motor

 We will supply according to the customer’s choice and suiting for local voltage and frequency

Motor hole: 

Installation hole of motor is six angles instead of the roundness, which can steady the motor better.

 Motor base plate: 

The improved motor base plate could fix the position of the motor better than before, maitaining 
the small belt pulley on the motor and the big belt pulley in a center line , which can effectively 
reduce belt wear and extend the life of the belt. Also it could fix two kinds of motors according to 
customers' requirement. The new bolt is more convenient for fixing the motor.

 Small belt pulley: 

Two kinds of belt pulley for selection: Aluminum, Cast Iron.

 Big belt pulley: 

 It is made of aluminium magnesium alloy, light weight ,high intensity .

 Flank is one-off injection moulded, with aluminium magnesium alloy , which is new aerial material , light and high-strength with beautiful shape.

 The Spring : 

 It is made of high quality **4 stainless steel,It ensure to close the shutters in place.

The plastic linkage is changed to aluminum alloy , so the deformation will not happen in the future.

 Belt:

 We use the Mitsuboshi belt which is of top performance and long using term without any maintaining

Performance: Cooling pad used together with better effect, it is used for longitudinal ventilation
