Main structures and features

　　1. Machine body: It is welded with profiles to have a reasonable, compact structure and good-looking shape.

　　2. Magnetic separation parts: it is made of permanent magnetic materials to get rid of iron materials in the feeding materials and avoid damage of the gear rollers.

　　3. Tile bases: Fixed and active tile bases are mainly used to fix the gear rollers and adjust the clearance between two rollers. The clearance can be directly adjusted by the screws between rollers. It is convenient and reliable.

　　4. Drive parts: it is driven by electric motor. The materials are crushed by shearing and extruding, ensuring the relative motion and speed difference between two rollers.

　　5. Feeding parts: The cycloidal gear speed reducer drives the feeding roller to continuously and evenly feed materials.

　　6. Stopper: Manually insert boards to stop the materials, safe, power-saving and convenient.

　　7. Lubrication system: Centralized lubrication ensures maintenance of machines in normal working status so as to ensure the service life

　　8. Gear rollers: The rollers are made by advanced decentralized composite foundry. The exterior layer is made of high alloy (****0mm thick), and the interior layer is made of high quality gray cast iron with hardness of HS****5, good wearing resistance, good toughness and long service life.
