DATEMis generally used in bread products, dairy products & meat products. DATEM can improve baking performance and water binding in bread. It can also increase bread volume, improve bread inner structure and preventing bread from collapsing.It is also useful as a foaming agent, ensuring items like margarine, mayonnaise, whipped topping and ice cream are light and fluffy.

General Description
·  NWB DATEM series products (raw material) are food grade in all respects, including labeling,
and all conform to the US FDA and FCC standards. They are Kosher and Halal certified.
·  NWB DATEM is widely used as dough conditioner and strengthener, and as foaming agent for mayonnaise, whipped topping and ice cream.
·  White or off-white fine powder. Made from palm oil or soy oil. Calcium Phosphate and Calcium Silicate and/or Silicon Dioxide are added as anticaking agent.
