MAQ series electric actuator made by MORC provides the most reasonable solution of automate controller. It possess characteristics of high performance, high protection, compact size, high concentration and long lifespan, can be controlled on-site and remote as well. Adapted to the *0° rotary ball valve, butterfly valve, damper baffle and other device, to meet a variety of industrial automation control piping requirement.
MAQ series is widely used for electricity, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power plant desulfurization, water treatment, paper, shipbuilding, building automation and other industries.
MAQ series provides torque range from *0Nm to ***0Nm with various models.

◇Shell: Aluminum Alloy coating with hard anodic oxidation and polyester, light weight, strong anti-corrosion ability. Protection grade IP*7 (NAMUR4&6) to meet all hazardous environment.

◇Motor: Special induction motor provides large starting torque and can reach peak quickly. Build in overheating protection and overload protection. It possesses the characteristics of high output efficiency, high accuracy, low noise and compact size.

◇PCU: The integration of high-performance microprocessors, on the site without complex settings, a key auto-calibration and self-calibration function to ensure a good user installation convenience.

◇Sealing: Double O-ring for di-directional seal.

◇Manual Operation: Clutch lever can be manually pulled, after power-coupling clutch can be automatic reset to electrically controlled functions. The wheel size is designed according to required torque for simply operation.

◇Gear and auto equipment: By outage the worm gear lever mechanism and two double reduction gears can prevent valve position imprecise caused by momentary switch, make sure valve in the right position. It has high efficiency and low noise.

◇Limit switch and Torque switch: High precision for adjustment of valve limit switch range. By excessive torque the valve and actuator can be protected through overload protection and switch position protection.

◇Anti-condensation heater: Power on when ambient temperature under *0℃± 3℃, power off when ambient temperature above *0℃± 3℃.

◇Limit Bolt: limit the motion of actuator from two sites to prevent worm and gear separating.

◇Indicator: Larger view window to observe the exact valve open location.

◇Terminal Blocks: Plug-and-play is simply for installation. Spring-loaded terminals make wiring secure for high vibration environment.

◇Wiring: Internal wiring introduction, easy to install.

◇Connection shaft sleeve: removed for free processing, installation is in line with ISO***1 standards, convenient and easy connection to the valve.

◇Lubrication: CIATM**1 is used for all gear and shaft, free of lubrication and maintenance within 5 years.

◇Anti-interference magnet ring: Effectively prevent the interference of the external magnetic field on the circuit to ensure a stable and reliable electric actuators work.
