The HF straight-seam weled pipe production line is designed to roll different sizes of steel strips continuously into tube blanks through roller and heat them up throught high–frequency induction or direct contract , and then weld the tube blanks into straight-seam steel pipe. Technically speaking, not all welded pipes can be made by one high-frequency straight welded pipe production line, and one line can produce a certain range of welded pipe sizes. Economically speaking, the capacity of one line has a best range of welded pipe sizes. Therefore, the welded pipe production lines are divided into different models, ranging from small model to big model. In our company, based on our mature and stable technology, we divide the lines into following *5 models: HG*0, HG*2, HG*0, HG*0, HG*6, HG*9, HG**4, HG**5, HG**9, HG**3, HG**5, HG**7, HG**6, HG**8, and HG**0. Here, we take HG*0 as model line to describe the lines in detail.
